  • We are looking for a Global Talent Management Representative II to join our Global Talent Management team.  Global Talent Management is responsible for leading Beckman Coulter talent development programs, new employee onboarding processes, performance management systems, employee engagement and leadership succession processes.  This position will report into the Senior Director, Global Talent Management and be part of a global team whose commitment is to providing our talented associates the opportunities to realize their career potential.
  • The Global Talent Management Representative II will have responsibility for providing project and program support for all Global Talent Management programs, initiatives and cyclical processes.  Examples of these programs are employee engagement survey, new employee onboarding, employee development assessments, annual performance reviews and core curriculum for leadership development.  We foster a continuous improvement mindset and want to explore better ways of managing these programs to ensure they are providing their full-value to organization and delivering a ROI of enhancing career development, associate engagement and retention.  
  • This role will be very focused on qualitative and quantitative analysis of associate and leader feedback on a wide spectrum of talent development initiatives; partnering closely with Global Talent Management team members to identify high-impact process improvements; partnering closely with our HR Analytics team to ensure that we are providing meaningful and actionable data sets to our leadership teams. 
  • Developing standard work processes for tracking progress and impact on program deployment of leadership development training.
  • Assess efficacy of new employee onboarding through analysis of survey data and interviews with newly hired associates. 
  • Provide critical insights to global HR leadership team based on analysis of new associate onboarding survey.
  • Support execution and delivery of talent development assessment.
  • Develop standard work process for deployment of talent development analytics and dashboard.
  • Provide support for monitoring month to month spend on global talent programs, identify process improvements for efficiently partnering with regional talent partners to monitor spend on training programs.
  • Work with the Talent Partners to prioritize process improvement and novel approaches to optimizing talent development programs and processes.
  • Working closely with Talent Partners, support project reports outs, presentation and storyboards to be used in keeping critical stakeholders informed of progress.
  • Administrative responsibilities for Workday maintenance

Job Requirements


  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, psychology or similar field with 2 years’ experience or comparable master’s degree with 0 – 2 years’ experience.
  • Must be proficient in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
  • Ability to support the development of project plans that considers timelines, needed resources and interdependencies
  • Ability to communicate and collaborates openly and clearly with team members to ensure forward progress
  • Prior experience with facilitating or supporting facilitation of employee  training or employee engagement events is preferred
  • Experience with Workday, Taleo is a plus
  • Prior experience working with Power BI is a plus
  • Prior experience supporting enterprise program management in Human Resources is a plus
**This position is located in Chaska Minnesota. May consider additional Beckman locations (including Brea CA) however Chaska is highly preferred.
