Description

Position Overview

The HR Operations Specialist collaborates with the global DHR HR Operations & LBS HR colleagues to improve HR systems usage & data quality, HR processes, HR reporting and supports global initiatives and projects.

 

Major Responsibilities

 

  • Implements and tracks metrics towards key local and global HR objectives, processes and programs. Analyzes trends and suggests actions.

  • Serves as Workday PRO and Organization Partner in support of the global LBS HR team

  • Tests process enhancements or new modules in Workday

  • Audits HR systems and interfaces consistent with organization-wide policies and practices and country specific procedures and regulations and initiates corrections if required

  • Conducts Workday trainings for new HR colleagues and Managers

  • Creates and keeps WD training material up to date

  • Supports projects and creates standard work to improve HR processes on a global level

  • Performs Ad hoc reporting & analytics for Corporate DHR teams & LBS functions eg. Finance

  • Consolidates data for global initiatives and monitors progress

  • Develops regular reports and acts as interface to Finance & Controlling

  • Supports HR budget planning


Job Requirements



Qualifications

Required Education/Skills/Experience

  •  Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline (HR, Finance) required
  • Minimum 2 years proven HR operations experience

  • Proficiency in workflow-driven HR systems such as Workday or equivalent

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Process and metrics driven

  • Advanced IT skills, including high proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Fluent in English and German

  • High level of expertise in MS Office tools

Preferred Education/Skills/Experience

 

  • Experience in working in a global environment and across cultures is a plus

  • Project management experience is a plus

  • Experience in teaching & training

Travel:  10%
