Job Description Summary
This role will focus on People Leader Capability and will include:
1. Assessment of Current State and a projection for a Future State with a plan to address gaps
2. Pull together all the available offerings for People Leaders and build a more programmatic approach (ie. Leverage LMS, customized curriculum, etc)
3. Make it all Cepheid- Cepheid-ize the program the differentiate us….make it innovative!
4. Partner with the SVP HR and the Sr. Dir. Talent Management on D&I
This is an HRBP 18-24 month development assignment.

  • Partners with leaders to optimize business success through HR initiatives. Investigates, mediates, and resolves employee and labor relations issues. May represent the organization in contract and labor negotiations. Provides coaching and counsel to managers and associates. Applies general understanding of all areas of HR management.

    I am ready to move forward on the role that focuses on People Leader Capability.  As we have talked about, the role will include:

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree w 8+ years of related work experience
or
Master's Degree in field w/ 6+ years of related work experience
or
Doctoral Degree in field w/ 3+ years of related work experience
