Goal of the position
To maximise the medium and long term profitability of the Pall Corporation through the efficient and effective leadership of all HR management activity within designated Site including employee relations, talent management and performance management. To ensure a seamless Payroll function in NL for 2 entities.

  • As part of the Global HR Team, to support business strategy in developing, coordinating and implementing all aspects of employee resourcing, employee relations, health & welfare policies including contributing to the development of HR policy and processes which enable the Country to comply with all legal requirements. 
  • Ensure the Country HR policies and procedures are implemented and communicated appropriately; ensuring key information is passed on in an effective manner.
  • The compilation of a monthly report outlining key HR activities, trends and progress against KPI’s and site/department objectives as well as ensuring visual management displays are kept up to date where appropriate (Retention/Headcount/Sickleace etc) 
  • In conjunction with both the Talent Aquisition Centre of Excellence and the Hiring Manager, coordinate the recruitment and selection of employees in line with the talent plan
  • In conjunction with the the business and Global HR, Identify key projects that will deliver business improvements, defining the project scope and implementation process.
  • In conjunction with the Talent Centre for Excellence, develop training requirements in conjunction with the Training Specialist to assist managers in training and development, ensuring training events are recorded and evaluated whilst meeting the overall business objectives.
  • Coordination of the annual Performance Management & Development processes to ensure the development of associates.
  • Provide senior managers with professional and accurate advice on matters of company policy and employment law to support strategy implementation.
  • In conjunction with HSE responsible, responsibility for the Wellbeing and sickleave of our associates.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of data held within the HR systems, Global and for the site
  • Provide advice and support to all employees across the site on HR and employment matters including policy interpretation.
  • In conjunction with the Site Leader, responsiblilty for ensuring employee consultation on site in accordance with local laws 
  • Responsible for all HR vendor Management 

Job Requirements


Knowledge & Key Skills:
  • Advanced understanding of employment law and best practice.
  • Diplomatic, tactful and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work on own initiative and lead multifunctional teams.
  • High level of computer literacy, Workday/Protime/SAP.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English, including listening and advanced counselling and the ability to positively influence.
  • Attention to detail whilst understanding the wider business impacts.

Essential Qualifications/Education:
  • HBO Personnel Management or equivalent

Essential Previous Experience:
  • Previous Human Resources experience within a large multi national organisation.  Multiple years experience in a manufacturing site, as a Senior HRBP or HR Manager is an advantage. 
  • Generalist Human Resource experience covering employee relations, resourcing, reward & recognition, employment law and supporting development activities
  • Previous Payroll responisiblity is an advantage

  • Available to travel on company business outside normal working hours.
  • Self motivated and capable of working and managing own time.
