Your new Labour Relations HR team
You become member of our local HR team in Brønshøj / Copenhagen and report to the Senior HR Business and Labour Relations Partner in Copenhagen. In your team of 3 you share the focus of impacting the business positively through advising and supporting the other HR Business Partners and managers in the organization. 

Your primary responsibility is to ensure quality and sustainability in already established HR administrative processes related to hiring, terminations and job changes. You participate in associate development related activities (administration of the trainee programs across organization) and HR analytics (statistics and data related to labour relations activities)

Your responsibilities summed up
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating
• Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
• Responsibility for the administration of the trainee programs across the organization; administration of employee training requisitions (AMU)
• Administration support related to labour relations and performance issues 
• Exit interviews
• Support in problem solving processes related to employee administration and retention
• Maintaining the employee handbook with updated resolutions and other pertinent information, as needed
• Maintaining knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partner with the HR compliance and administration  or legal  department as needed/required

Job Requirements


We expect you to have a Master degree within HR, business, psychology, social science or equivalent discipline. Furthermore, the following increases your chances of success in the job: 

• 3 + years of experience as HR generalist in a large or medium size international organisation including but not limited to: hiring, terminations, performance improvement plans, difficult conversations with employees
• Ability to analyze complex matters and translate them into well-structured and executable solutions 
• Good understanding and practical experience with Danish labor legislations 
• Experience with HR Administration and compensation
• Ability to tackle hands on HR related matters 
• Project Management Skills
• Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, eg organizational design, diversity, performance management, compensation is a benefit  
• High customer orientation 
• Experience with  lean principles is a plus
• Fluency in Danish and English
