HR Business partner within the Pall facilities in Timonium, Maryland under the direction of the Director Human Resources to support and drive the site HR agenda.  Responsibilities include:

  • Supports the administration various human resources plans, systems and procedures for Timonium personnel in accordance with corporate guidelines.

  • Informs employees of changes in human resources policies.   Counsels with employees on human resources policies and personal problems.  Determines solutions and makes appropriate adjustments to complaints received.

  • Drives recruitment effort for exempt and nonexempt personnel, students, and temporary employees in partnership with talent acquisition team; conducts new-employee orientations. Monitors career and succession planning initiatives, including guiding managers with performance management initiatives. Manage local internship program and college relations. Drive site diversity and equal employment opportunity initiatives in accordance with the AAP goals.

  • Provides employee relations counseling, provides guidance and support to supervisors and managers and assures fair and equitable treatment throughout the organization. Monitors trends and escalates issues to the HR Director.

  • Stays current with changes to federal and state employment laws. 

  • Leads and supports various ad hoc human resources projects and prepares a variety of reports; including P4G/D4G, annual engagement survey rollout and action planning, annual open enrollment, etc.

  • Assists in the delivery of training programs based on identified workforce development opportunities. Assists in pursuing grant opportunities.

  • Assists in identifying, developing, and implementing process improvements to deliver results.  Act as an agent for incremental change and sustainment. May lead HR Kaizens and will actively participate in facility continuous improvement events.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field

  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of Human Resource experience 

  • Master’s Degree preferred 

  • Manufacturing depth is essential
