HRBP is responsible for support   administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources include employee relationship, talent management, staffing performance management, compensation, benefits, accuracy HR Databases, KPI’s HR area.   This position is based on Monterrey, Nuevo Leon.
Essential Functions: 
Talent Management
  • Responsible for talent acquisition, recruitment
  • Ensure onboarding programs
  • Ensure Talent Management Process according with standard work
  • Ensure Immersion Plan Process and onboarding program
    Compensation and Benefits
  • Responsible for pre-payroll process
  • Responsible for HR Database accuracy
  • Responsible for hiring and exit process
  • Responsible for analysis and improve KPI’s
  • Ensure 100% participation: Environmental Survey, Compliance On Line Training
  • Participate on turnover plan reductions

Administration, Compliance, and DHR Corporate requirements

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Recommends and Implements personnel policies and Procedures
  • Labor Relationship at all levels.
  • Responsible for in/out process
  • Responsible for delivery monthly HR´s KPI, Analysis and provide an action plan
  • Update on data base new employees, retirements, new positions, change supervisor


Other Non-Essential Functions:

  • Prepare and submit HR expenses on demand
  • Day by day activities that could provide support.
  • Provide service with our internal customer services requirements (information, recommendation letters
  • Orientation to use our websites (Workday, Danaher SharePoint, and others)

Job Requirements


 Education, Background and Skill Requirements

3 to 4 years with experience as HRBP or as HR Generalist
HR or Administration degree. MBA is desirable
English 80% write, speak and listen
Windows tools (Excell, Word, PPT)
Federal Labor Law
Working with Workday, People Soft, Meta 4 or and other HR platform (it is a must)
Had been experience in transnational companies
