About The Role

The purpose of this role is to provide HR administrative and database support to the EMEA HR function. This is a fast-paced role, where you will deal with multiple and different tasks at any given moment

About The Person

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate initiative, be able to pick things up quickly and be confident to ask questions. You will be driven to complete the tasks set, be passionate about a career in HR or business and enjoy working in a small and high performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining employee data on Oracle to align with sarbox requirements
  • Recruitment logistics, liaising with candidates, agencies and creating new hire paperwork and onboarding activities
  • Taleo support for EMEA
  • Maintaining recruitment funnel data for EMEA
  • Supporting employee exit process for EMEA
  • EMEA metric data collection
  • Various HR administration - benefit renewals, letters, references, contract amendment letters, org charts and staff lists
