Group Accounting / Reporting
  • Owning and ensure timely reporting to parent company for the monthly / quarterly and annually group deliverables (Financial and operating statistics, consolidated cash reconciliation and other reporting requirements) including submission in HFM. 
  • Act as the central point of communication on group deliverables for month-end close and forecast.
  • Coordination and support of Group Forecast and Budget process.
  • SAP FI/CO alignment with consolidation requirements in HFM and reporting package master data. Ensuring all types of transactions are correctly reflected in all HFM dimensions (e.g. product, account, cost center, region) 
  • Owning global chart of account and responsible to ensure proper approval process for creation of GL accounts and intra-/intercompany suppliers / customers in SAP FI/CO.
  • Finance contact / liason to technical SAP Team.
  • Owning and further improve of the monthly intercompany reconciliation process within Nobel Biocare and Danaher Group.
  • Gate keeper for opening and closing posting periods in SAP.
  • Being the Global Nobel Biocare Insurance Supervisor.
  • Owning bi-annual SAP access rights review process
  • Owning the review of the bi-annual bank access rights

Job Requirements


  • Higher education «Fachmann/Fachfrau für Finanz- und Rechnungswesen», Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or similar education
  • Experience in accounting standards (US GAAP preferred) 
  • Consolidation system (preferably HFM user/administrator) and good knowledge of SAP R/3 FI (GL, AP & AR) and Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Fluency in English (oral and written) / German is an asset
  • Communicative and flexible person / Team-Player
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in group accounting/consolidation in an international environment required
