Responsable d’équipe technico-commercial / comptes clés (Poste basé au Pecq, Yvelines)
Phenomenex, fabricant de consommables scientifiques, est un groupe international de plus de 800 employés offrant ses produits et son support technique dans plus de 92 pays par le biais de ses filiales et de son réseau de distribution. Pour accompagner notre forte croissance sur le marché français, nous cherchons immédiatement un Responsable d’équipe Technico-commercial.

Sous la responsabilité du directeur de Phenomenex France, vous développerez notre activité auprès d’une clientèle de comptes-clés (industries pharmaceutiques, de biotechnologies & agro-alimentaires) et serez également en charge du management de proximité d’une équipe d’ingénieurs technico-commerciaux. Vous assurerez la mise en œuvre de la stratégie d’entreprise afin que les objectifs de ventes individuels et collectifs soient atteints.


Job Requirements



Qualifications

De formation Bac + 5 minimum en chimie ou biologie, vous souhaitez vous investir au sein d'une équipe dynamique et d’une entreprise leader disposant de ses propres technologies. Vous avez impérativement un niveau d'anglais courant (TOIEC>850), une première expérience managériale réussie (idéalement dans une industrie de consommables similaires), de fortes aptitudes à la négociation, ainsi que de solides connaissances chromatographiques (HPLC, UHPLC, GC, SPE etc.)
