The Global Supply Chain Analyst/Project Manager will work with Planning, Finance, Purchasing, Logistics, and Manufacturing teams to drive key set of metrics related to Inventory performance and project manage continuous improvement of processes and tools. This role will lead supply chain analytics to support supply demand management and inventory planning and optimization. The role will also assist in formulating content executive reviews. 


  • Lead Inventory Management at Gemba (IMAG) process and facilitate recurring meetings with cross functional stakeholders to drive supply demand alignment
  • Lead the global Excess & Obsolete (E&O) process collaborating cross functionally to identify, manage and execute excess and obsolete inventory across all plants
  • Support analytics for Planning and Inventory Management, offering data driven assessments highlighting issues and solutions
  • Develop and present predictive analysis based on historical trends and other inputs to provide insight into what happened, what is expected to happen and what to do about it
  • Generate standard set of reports relating to inventory and E&O
  • Develop refreshable reports to enable users to self-serve adhoc reporting needs
  • Project Manage sourcing and implementation of a Multi Echelon Inventory Optimization solution
  • Foster and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external business partners
  • Take a leadership role in various GSCM initiatives and programs focused on growth and continuous

Job Requirements



Education and Experience (in years): 

  • Bachelor’s degree in field with 5+ years of related work experience OR
  • Master’s degree in field with 3+ years of related work experience  OR
  • Doctoral degree in field with 0-2 years of related work experience.

    Knowledge and skills: 

  • Superb analytical and project management skills
  • Experience using SAP or other ERP systems
  • Advanced Excel user
  • Experience with MS Access, SQL, Tableau, Minitab, etc.
  • Effective collaborator and team player
  • Effective oral and written communication skills to deliver messages clearly and concisely
  • Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes or services
  • Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Management concepts
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong problem-solving ability


  • Experience in Danaher Business System or similar continuous improvement environment
  • APICS Certification
  • Programming Skills
