The Global Safety Data Sheets (SDS) Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of global safety data sheets for Kerr Corporation. 


  • Coordinates generation of new global SDS documents for finished goods and collaborates with third party company. Coordinates the review for accuracy.

  • Collects raw material information needed to create finished goods SDS and provides to third party company.

  • Reviews existing global SDS for currency and accuracy. Implements corrections as needed.

  • Periodically reviews global SDS for required updates and maintains SDS documents for compliance with regulations in a global market. 

  • Ensures currency accuracy and availability of regional SDS on global websites. 

  • Maintains corporate data of Safety Data Sheet (SDS) documents.

Job Requirements



  • Associates degree with 10 years of related experience.

  • BS degree in Chemistry, Biology, EHS or related fields, or equivalent work experience preferred. 


  • 2+ years of experience in the R&D and/or chemistry of raw materials and finished goods.


  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to prioritize.

  • Project management skills a plus.

  • Ability to communicate effectively cross-functionally.

  • Proficient with computer programs, such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
