  • Responds to escalation requests for all assays related complaints that require collaborative investigation
  • Collaborates with R&D, quality, and regional commercial teams to drive investigations to resolution
  • Monitors and further escalates product issues with an appropriate level of urgency
  • Creates, approves, and disseminates technical documents, knowledge articles, and enablement tools that pertain to the support of sustaining products

Job Requirements



Education or Experience (in years): 

  • B.S. in a life science discipline or related degree with 5+ years of industry experience OR
  • Master’s degree in a life science discipline or related degree with 3+ years of related work experience OR
  • Doctoral degree in a life science discipline or related degree with 0-2 years of related work experience

Knowledge and skills: 

  • Experience with complaint handling systems and IVD regulating agencies
  • Medical device technical support experience including consumables, hardware, and software
  • Acute troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
  • Customer and patient-centric orientation
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and analyze critical tasks
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: (Delete this section if not applicable)

  • MLT/MT certification or clinical laboratory experience
  • Knowledge of microfluidics, optics, and PCR
