This position is responsible for sustainable product line growth of assigned CIJ products by supporting a global matrix organization. In direct coordination with Sales, Marketing (Product Planning and Domain Marketing), Service, Operations, Procurement, Engineering, and R&D, this individual will ensure quality, profitability and growth of the assigned products on a global basis.  In addition, this position will assist the Business Unit Director in the overall portfolio management as needed.

Global Sales Support and New Product Launches
• Drive sales growth in assigned CIJ products through the various regional and country leaders; the individual will own the sales growth and P&L for their assigned products
• Develop global plans for launch and develop internal support material for assigned products
• Support market price finding for assigned products globally and help regions execute locally 
• Support the Business Unit Director in development of the annual VJ strategy plan by assisting with market sizing, growth, players, and segmentation
• Assist in the development global plans for launch and internal support material for other CIJ products in the portfolio, as directed by the Business Unit Director

Maintenance of Line/Escalations
• Own MOL related to the CIJ portfolio, including related software
• Lead activities to address bugs, updates, enhancements, and drive items to completion 
• Prioritize list against competing items to provide direction to Engineering
• Assure critical MOL items are incorporated into new product development 

Market & Competitive Assessment
• Get to Gemba to really understand customer, competitor and market dynamics
• In depth understanding of competitors, their products, and their strategies with an eye to understand their full positioning and plans of attack via teardowns, pricing analysis, etc.
• Drive actionable commercial responses to competitive moves 
• Report on pending regulatory trends
• Engage in regional PSP development to surgically address revenue, unit sales, and price gaps.

Sales and Support and Training
• Develop comprehensive materials and tools to help sales win opportunities. These include fight sheets, value selling documents, ROI/TCO tools, solution guides, etc.
• Create/update training materials – topics include applications, products, competitive assessments, etc.
• Provide training on key areas to sales and other customer facing groups and develop on-line testing and verification of competencies, etc.

Job Requirements

• Work cross functionally via influence and business leadership to drive optimal price/value capture by key segment 

Education and/or Experience
• Bachelors (ideally in a technical or engineering discipline) 
• Minimum 3 years of progressive product management or support role experience in CIJ technology
• Strong analytical background, proven ability to perform structured problem solving
• Highly computer literate (especially in Excel and Powerpoint)
