Description

Would you like to take commercial lead for some of Radiometer’s best-selling blood gas analyzers?
The position offers you the opportunity to use your global marketing toolbox and strong product management skills to lead the daily product management for some of the key products in our market leading diagnostics platform. This includes driving our new product launches, optimizing product life cycle management, delivering and acting on market analyses and taking commercial lead on a wide variety of global marketing projects. Your efforts will contribute to the continued growth in the Blood Gas (BG) Analyzer business and enable you to support to our mission of helping caregivers make diagnostic decisions that save lives.

Leading position in the BG Market
For many years, Radiometer has been the global market leader within the diagnostics area of blood gas and this position is your opportunity to join in on the journey to sustain our leading position and become a strong team member of the cross-functional team within the Blood Gas Area creating continued value for our customers. 

In this position, you get the opportunity to take commercial lead and help shape the future of our business.  You work closely with the rest of the Global Marketing Team, Sales, Finance, Clinical & Medical Affairs, R&D, Supply Chain, RA/QA and our marketing and sales colleagues in our subsidiaries. Furthermore, you will have great exposure to all levels of our organization including our top management. In Radiometer, we have a strong focus on developing your capabilities. Responsibilities summarized
• Global product management within the BG portfolio  
• Close collaboration with local subsidiaries & the cross-functional teams in HQ.
• Drive commercial marketing projects with internal and external stakeholders
• Business analyses, reporting and follow-up on BG analyzer performance in different forums
• Post-launch follow-up on global launches
Expect to closely track KPI’s, make presentations for top management and ensure good working relations with local subsidiaries as you manage your responsibilities.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

We expect that you hold a Master’s degree in marketing, international business, economics or a Master of Science with strong marketing and business competences. You have a minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience.
This combined with the following increases your chances of success in the job: 
• You are equipped with a strong global marketing toolbox ideally from another global marketing department
• Strong commercial understanding ideally within medical devices, diagnostics  or pharma
• You have 3-5 years of experience with product management, ideally in the healthcare business with products of high technical complexity
• Global launch experience within the healthcare business ideally within Medial devices, pharma  or diagnostics
• Experience in leading global marketing projects involving many stakeholders
• Strong collaboration skills across borders and working functions
• A strong executer of both strategic and tactical marketing initiatives 
You are fluent in English, while fluency in Danish or other languages is a plus. The job requires travelling around 25-30 days per year.
