This job is your chance to use your passion for customer focused product development. By combining technical and commercial skills you get to collect user needs/voice of customer (VOC) and influence product requirements and the future product portfolio of our life saving and market leading medical devices.

Combine your technical and commercial skills
Get ready to build the bridge between customers and our R&D department. Through visits on hospitals and collecting data, you collaborate with R&D to shape the future of our products. You also take financial, commercial and quality considerations when suggesting future improvement areas for our product portfolio, thereby demonstrating your abilities to navigate between technical and commercial interests.

Meet your new team
You report to Marketing Manager for New Products within Blood Gas, Francois Dupont. You and the team focus on ensuring the development part of the product lifecycle while another team takes over the classical product marketing activities related to pushing information about the products out to the market.

Your responsibilities summed up
- Marketing representative during new product development phases 
- Meaningful market and customer input for the R&D projects through VOC and calculations to back up the business case
- Market, competition and customer surveillance
- Product life cycle management, including end of life
- Collaborate with other product management teams to find synergies and develop solution selling    
- Discover new clinical applications for the existing products

The job takes you travelling 10-15 % of your time as you visit customers worldwide and our sale subsidiaries and distributors to understand the market needs.

Job Requirements


We believe that a bachelor’s degree or higher related to medtech, science, marketing or business increases your chances of success when combined with:

• Ability to conduct Voice of Customers/Market Surveillance 
• Ability to translate Voice of customers into product/solution requirements
• Analytical expertize to be able to translate quantitative data into strategic decisions
• Understanding of diagnostics language from an industry and customer perspective
• Being able to work in a technical environment, especially with R&D
• Project ownership and project management capacity
• Experience with medical product management
