The Global Operations FP&A Manager serves as key business partner to Operations organizations and leadership and leads a team responsible for:  compiling and overseeing monthly operations forecasting, coordinating across multiple global business units for overall operations forecast, assisting in performing monthly comparisons of actual results to plan, forecast and prior year, and providing in-depth analysis to explain variances.


  • Proactively collaborate with Operations departments to drive accurate forecasting and variance analysis and to assist FP&A Director in planning for and monitoring departments' costs.

  • Cost support – oversee annual Standard Cost calculation and maintenance, including costing for new/updated products and quarterly costing for commission calculations.

  • Capital expenditures – perform analysis and review proposals.

  • Coordinate reporting and financial analyses across all global reporting locations.

  • Embed in periodic Operations meetings (i.e. weekly conference calls), to provide FP&A team with a quick assessment on impact of various Operations initiatives.

  • Partner with operations leaders from each of the company’s operating geographies to ensure adequate support of their functions and accurate reporting of geographic results.

  • Complete strategic analysis projects and other ad hoc projects as assigned by the FP&A Director.

  • Effectively lead a team of capable FP&A professionals, monitoring and engaging their performance and helping drive their career development.


  • Define and implement standard work processes to gain efficient and accurate reporting, implementing atomization plans for functions as directed.

  • Aid during annual Strat and Budget setting or monthly reporting, as needed.

Job Requirements



  • Strong Analytical skills and business/accounting knowledge; Excellent Skills in Excel, Word and Microsoft Outlook.

  • Organizational skills; Self-management

  • Ability to communicate effectively with individuals for whom English is a second language.


  • 5+ yrs. of experience in finance or accounting roles.

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience managing other associates. 

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

  • CPA or MBA a plus. 

  • Knowledge of US GAAP preferred.

  • Experience using financial reporting tools such as Excel and Hyperion.

  • Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese preferred.

  • Constantly using hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, and computer keyboards.
