Global Infrastructure Manager – Network Engineering is a technical management position leading an engineering staff responsible for (1) integration of a complex global LAN/WAN and telephony acquisition, and (2) engineering, integration, and support of the resulting combined infrastructure.


  • Oversee and mentor staff responsible for the following:
  • Design, deployment/integration, and support of network, network security, and VoIP solutions.
  • Resolution of LAN/WAN and Voice service outages.
  • Completion of network, network security, and VoIP projects with on-time delivery.
  • Work with external vendors in acquisition of network and voice hardware, software, services, and associated maintenance.
  • Coordinate with local IT staff in the installation and configuration of network, voice, and network security infrastructure.
  • Work with other IT Engineering teams on the design and deployment of new infrastructure
  • Provide clear and timely status communications to business personnel and IT management during service disruptions
  • Adhere to and implement IT security compliance including change control and other standards
  • Assess and continually improve efficiency of monitor/management tools

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience
  • Experience leading a technical IT team in a complex, global business environment
  • Effective and demonstrated analytical, organizational, and project-management skills
  • Relevant network and VoIP technical certifications preferred
  • Experience with and knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies and protocols
  • Experience with SD-WAN planning and deployment
  • Experience with network-based security controls
  • Ability to use technical resources and diagnostic tools to solve network and voice problems
  • Ability to work with other IT teams to resolve infrastructure outages
