  • Manage the Global Engineering process and project engineering teams to ensure that engineered system projects are executed in each region on time, to budget and meet all functional and process requirements as outlined in customer’s user requirements specification and/or described in our quotation.
  • Assist communication and cooperation between the operations teams, commercial teams, and customers for F&B Systems globally.
  • Take an active lead in overseeing projects in all regions in partnership with the systems sales team.
  • Provide technical design guidance from the global design authority into the other regions with PASS Food & Beverage activities and ensure the set guidelines are followed and fulfilled.
  • Ensure full alignment of the Global PASS Food & Beverage team with the business objectives of the Food and Beverage. Provide the required technical process engineering and project management capabilities. Meet the outlined total solution provider approach as defined by the Food and Beverage market segment. 
  • Transfer technical and business knowledge and experience to the other regions and strive for continuous improvements and optimisation in all regions within the PASS Food & Beverage organisation.
  • Manage/execute defined Total Fluid Management process technology development projects, in line with the specific needs of the market segment based on customer feedback. Provide guidance/transfers of newly developed technology and process approaches to the other regions.

Job Requirements


  • BS or equivalent in Process engineering, chemical engineering or equivalent. A higher degree or secondary degree in a related subject would be an advantage.
  • 5 years minimum of experience of project management / execution including all of the key unit operations used in Food & Beverage manufacturing including large greenfield projects involving the integration of multiple systems in high end customers.
  • Experience in evaluation of test results and selection of preferred technology and process conditions
  • Experience in leading detailed technical meetings with key customers in Food & Beverage markets.
  • Experience and proven track record of working and leading TFM projects in multiple regions around the globe with multiple different technologies used in the Food & Beverage filtration, separation and purification process.
  • Direct experience of working in the Food & Beverage industry would be an advantage
  • Ability to transfer technical and business knowledge/experience to team members and enable them to continuously improve and progress in the business environment.
  • Optimistic, "yes we can" attitude
  • Willingness to travel globally - approximately 30% - 40%
  • Fluent in English, any other language is a plus
