Purpose of Position:

Role Description

Hach is seeking to add a Global Ecommerce Manager to its marketing communications team. Reporting to the Manager, Digital Marketing, you will be responsible for generating incremental ecommerce traffic and transactions for Hach. You will deliver advanced data analyses and convert raw data into meaningful and actionable business insights. You'll use these tools to identify and resolve platform and channel needs to impact our customers' overall purchase experience.

Essential Functions
  • Deliver global ecommerce targets with support from cross functional resources and strategic priorities.
  • Team leadership to ensure execution of ecommerce growth campaigns globally
  • Manage promotional activity for both online and off-line channels.
  • Create and lead a cross functional agile ecommerce growth team, including UX/Systems improvements, promotions, targeted campaigns and merchandising
  • Use internal and external data to find growth and revenue opportunities, build business cases, design, lead and implement key market initiatives with internal teams
  • Act as a voice of our customers, using qualitative and quantitative data to identify customer issues, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Create agile processes to test and review pilots 

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce, either in a business analysis/data analytics role or strategy/management 
  • Previous experience working with online marketing channels such as email, display advertising, SEM, SEO, programmatic, etc
  • Demonstrate strong competency in advanced data analytics and structured problem solving
  • Passionate about enhancing customer experience and driving business improvement
  • Focus on the continuous efforts to solve problems through scalable process and tools
  • Strong communication skill with experience in working with global teams in large, multi-functional environments
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to influence and gain followership
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage a wide variety of projects simultaneously and under a deadline
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a “can do” attitude
