Purpose of Position
The Global SEO and PPC manager will be responsible for creating Hach’s SEO and PPC strategy. Based on commercial growth initiatives and high level company strategies, this individual will create prioritized action plans, working cross functionally with subject matter experts and digital execution support to drive results through SEO and PPC.  Expected results include driving traffic, eCommerce and leads to meet Hach’s growth objectives.

Essential Functions
  • Creation of a Global SEO and PPC Strategic plan, based on commercial growth bridges and company strategies
  • Execution of said plan, in conjunction with SMEs across the organization, Creative Operations, and Digital Execution support. 
  • Participate in, and contribute to daily management meetings
  • Act as main point of contact with Water Quality Digital team for SEO and PPC for all of Hach
  • Optimize existing / establish new paid search standard work and processes
  • Evangelize, roll out and sustain paid search education of internal stakeholders
  • Create agile processes to test and review pilots and multiply successful ones further

Job Requirements


  • BA in Digital Marketing, Media Management or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years managing B2B paid search accounts and unpaid optimization
  • Experience managing global search in multiple languages preferred
  • Deep analytical understanding, using key insights for strategic decision-making
  • Demonstrated experience creating a strategy, and converting strategy to action
  • Good understanding of the marketing funnel and customer journey and how to improve paid search user experience across each funnel stage
  • Experience driving both lead generation and ecommerce utilizing SEO and PPC tools
  • Proficiency in AdWords Editor, Google Analytics, Search Console and other relevant industry standard tools
  • Ability to work with multiple internal stakeholders across the globe, gain followership
  • Experience working cross-functionally with global marketing teams
  • Track record defining and sustaining best in class processes 
  • Project management expertise 
  • Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Very strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Explorational and innovative mindset
  • Experience across other digital marketing channels (e. g. SEO, social, email, programmatic) is a plus
  • Will work on-site at the Loveland or Dusseldorf office
