Position Summary:
The FP&A Manager role will support reporting requirements and provide analytical and decision support to Finance and Commercial teams, including Sales, Marketing and Service.  He/she must be able to develop, interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning & analysis, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting.  The incumbent will be required to review and improve current reporting processes with the ability to navigate and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Submission of monthly the forecast submission (& annual budget) into HFM system including various Key Performance Indicators and Statistics for the NA region.
  • Preparation of financial presentations, including monthly financial forecast and annual budget, for the region.
  • Monthly variance analysis against forecast and on a year-over-year basis related to sales, gross margin and spending.
  • Consolidated sales reporting for the region on a monthly, weekly basis.
  • Responsible for coordination of Commercial operating budgets including Sales, Marketing and Customer Care.  
  • Ad hoc requests and projects as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements


Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s
    Degree in Accounting/Finance.
  • 5-7
    years of FP&A experience.
  • 2 -3
    years of HFM or Enterprise software experience needed to build queries. 

Preferred Requirements:

  • Advanced
    knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • SAP
  • Analytical
    skills, along with experience in G/L, Financial Reporting and financial
