Description

About this position:

To support the Finance Controller in the development and maintenance of internal controls to insure accuracy and predictability of results, the timely reporting and forecasts, the analysis of variations and the determination of countermeasures to eliminate the gap.

Key responsibilities:

Reporting related:

l  Prepare US GAAP results in full compliance with the Corporate Standards as defined in the Videojet Controllers Manual and report the results in the Hyperion Reporting Tool from Oracle ERP.

l  Provide financial reporting in timely manner with high accuracy such as daily, weekly and monthly sales and cash reporting, monthly various financial package

l  Work with local advisor to ensure preparation of local statutory financial reports and comply with local tax & legal regulations within the required time frames set by government.

l  Implement and continuously improve internal controls that insure accurate reporting and proper safeguarding of company assets.

l  Support Working Capital Forecast and Management

l  Creating efficient ERP process and management including Order Management and Inventory module.

Other responsibilities include:

l  Analyze country variations from forecasts and prior periods to provide accurate explanations for variances and support finance controller in determining countermeasures

l  Support to improve local financial results in the area of Revenue, Operating Profit & Working Capital.

l  Work closely with outside auditors and advisors on certain projects and activities.

l  Work closely with internal counterparts, local other sections, Customer Service, Logistics, Sales and Marketing etc. and Regional and Corporate staff.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

Experience / Qualification / Skills:

l  Manufacturing industry work experience – 5 years minimum

l  Understanding of Goods flow (Various operations, order taking, logistics, technical service and sales & marketing) - Mandatory

l  US GAAP, SOX - Mandatory

l  JPGAAP Local statutory requirements, and Taxation including corporate related and individual withholdings etc.

l  Work experience with US multi-national companies – 7 years minimum

l  English - Business level required

l  Excel - Advanced

l  ERP system such as Oracle, SAP

l  Use of financial reporting tools such as Hyperion

l  Financial accounting degree or CPA certification - preferred
