Description

Conducts service, technical support, IT solutions at customer site, Escalates complex issues to greater level of technical support or quality reporting system. May develop new customer service/product agreements. Responds to customer support calls within an assigned territory. Offert fisrt level of Technical support to our Sales Force, in order to offer the most suitable solution, in consideration of the customer demands.
