As part of Service department, and specifically in Madrid (Spain) or surroundings, you will be responsible for all our service post sales service in Madrid and Central Area inside Spain.
To become successful, reporting to the Sales Area Manager, your responsibilities and tasks as Field Technical Service Representative will among others include:
  • Responsible for service post sales attention to our analyzers and IT solutions.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance in our analyzers install base.
  • Responsible for achieve service goals cooperating with the team.
  • Retain our current customers.
  • Achieve service targets as service contracts and new digital services.
  • Plan, organize, execute and follow up customers call visits.
  • Installation of instruments and customers use training.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales target in the Region.

Job Requirements

  • Have a university or medium/high degree in Engineering or other Technical career (Electronic, mechanics,…)
  • Fluently speak Spanish and English.
  • Manage IT tools, CRM and office (excel, word, power point).
  • IT skills and knowledge as SQL database, Java, Mirth.
  • Post Sales Service experience and knowledge in healthy/hospitals sector.
