We are currently looking for a Field Service Planner to join our team.

Beckman Coulter Diagnostics Field Service Planner handles all aspects of planned activities as well as generates service requests, reviews service costs and manages field hours.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Schedules Preventative Maintenance (PMs) in accordance with the manufacturers’ recommendations

  • Implements corrective and preventive actions and modifications (MODs) recommended by manufacturers

  • Responsible for all phases of installation processes

  • Manages the daily, weekly and monthly planning processes

  • Analysis and reports management

  • Provides excellent customer services

  • Orders spare parts in accordance with service needs

Job Requirements


  • Technology, Engineering Diploma or equivalent

  • Previous work experience in customer services or client relations

  • Flexibility and ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks

  • Ability to analyze data and make decisions

  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills

  • Outstanding teamwork, initiative, detail orientation and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities

  • Project management experience is preferred

  • Leadership skills

  • Very good in spoken and written English and Polish
