Field Service Engineer


- Suivi de la maintenance (préventive et curative) d’un portefeuille machines sur le site de nos clients
- Interventions sur les sites clients si nécessaire
- Rapporte directement au Département Service Client
- Rapports réguliers sur les interventions, plaintes clients, et informations collectées sur le terrain
- Relation étroite avec nos clients, pour les maintenances terrain mais également pour la communication des offres service de l’entreprise
- Communication et coordination quotidiennes avec nos équipes de ventes, d’installateurs, et de hotline

Main Tasks
- Monitoring of the maintenance (preventive and curative) of an allocated machines portfolio on our customers’ sites
- Operation at customer sites when necessary
- Reporting directly to the Customer Service Department in regards of interventions, customer complaints, and information collected on sites
- Strong customer relationship with clients, regarding maintenance monitoring and promotion of the company services
- Regular communication and coordination with sales, installations, and hotline teams

Job Requirements


Qualités requises

- Bonne expérience dans la maintenance d’appareils médicaux
- Autonome, proactif, et bon communicant
- Sens du relationnel avec les clients
- Respect et suivi des procédures internes
- Mobilité : la quasi-totalité des interventions se font en extérieurs chez le client
- Départements couverts : 25, 39, 52, 54, 55, 57, 67, 68, 70, 88, 90
- Si possible basé entre Nancy et Strasbourg
- Anglais opérationnel indispensable

Required Skills
- Strong technical background in medical device maintenance
- Autonomy, proactiveness, and good communication
- Good customer relationship acumen
- Respect of internal process
- Mobility: most of the job is outside office work
- Departments to cover: 25, 39, 52, 54, 55, 57, 67, 68, 70, 88, 90
- Ideally based between Nancy and Strasbourg
- French fluency is mandatory
