Field Service Engineer (Pipeline Req)

Come join the world's leading supplier of cutting & engraving systems for the packaging and printing markets as a Field Service Engineer! You will provide support on our laser engraving systems (CTP/CDI) primarily at Esko customers in Minneapolis!  You will also occasionally act as backup for other territories.  Must be comfortable with overnight travel.

Your Responsibilities as Field Service Engineer:

• Installation of new Esko CTP/CDI systems

• Diagnosis and repair of equipment

• Preventive maintenance

• Perform field upgrades and software upgrades

• Train our customers in the use and maintenance of the equipment

Job Requirements


Your profile:
• 3 years’ experience installing or repairing printing, copier, military or industrial equipment
• Associate degree in Electro-Mechanical technologies or equivalent military/other training
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft office
• Strong troubleshooting and electrical diagram reading skills
• Customer-oriented and with good ability to communicate action plans & progress.
• Hands-on, proactive and able to work independently.
• Able to travel frequently with overnight stays
• Positive attitude and team player
• Experience with laser optics and plate making is a plus
• Knowledge of Esko products and software is a plus
Location & Travel:
• You live in or around Minneapolis MN
• MN local travel 75%
• Overnight travel 25%
