  • Visit customers for preventive maintenance, repairs, fault analysis, phone support, Helpdesk support and upgrades in order to achieve optimum customer care and ensure a professional repair in due time with effective and efficient working practice

  • Achieve revenue and utilization targets.

  • Complaint Management - Ensure on time escalation.

  • Provide input to the product service specialist in order to improve product reliability and feed back to the BU’s and field service.

  • Correct use of Mobile Service and any agreed service process. Handling and timely submission of Mobile Service reports, Expenses, Spares Stock management and other Service documentation.

  • Co-operate with Shared Services in order to ensure smooth and fast processes and information flow with Customer Care

  • Possess a good understanding of the service/sales structure to co-operate closely with Sales Representatives in order to support them as defined in general terms or as required individually depending on capacity (e.g. installations incl. basic trainings, building up systems for  demonstrations, exhibitions, etc.).

  • Exchange valuable information resulting from customer contacts to increase customer satisfaction and sales.

Job Requirements


  • Technical background

  • 2 -6 years work experience

  • Ability to plan own work and work unsupervised.

  • Ability and willingness to travel

  • Good fluency in English and French

  • Strong communication skills

  • Basic ability to sell and promote service contracts products.

  • Familiarity with standard IT tools (Windows, MS Office)

  • Basic SAP knowledge

  • Understanding of importance of standardized processes

  • Service Product market awareness

  • Technical Product Knowledge - Understanding the complexity of the products

  • Ability to drive customer satisfaction

  • Effective time management and personal organization
