As Field Marketing Manager you translate the Esko Strategy into a Tactical Marketing Plan for EMEA South (France, Italy, Spain, Portugal) in close collaboration with the EMEA South Regional Business Director (RBD).
You safeguard the sanity of the EMEA South Sales funnel and adapt the EMEA South Tactical Marketing Plan whenever required to provide a well-balanced mix of MGO’s to each Sales Individual in the sub-region of your responsibility.
You define in- as well as outbound demand generation projects (Events, Digital Marketing, Outbound Campaigns, …). You break down all agreed marketing projects into sub-tasks and insure their qualitative development and timely delivery. You execute part of the tasks yourself. You delegate and supervise the development of remaining tasks to internal marketing colleagues and/or external partners (Creative agencies, Esko resellers, Industry partners, etc.).

Your main responsibilities and key activities:
  • Be the SPOC for marketing towards EMEA South Sales.
  • Define the marketing Strategy for EMEA South together with the RBD and EMEA Marketing Director.
  • Create a sub-regional Tactical Marketing Plan (Projects – Timings – Resources – Budgets).
  • Create an action plan per marketing project. Break down the project into concrete tasks. And supervise on delivery vs. plan.
  • Execute some of the defined tasks yourself (Organization of events, roll out of campaigns, contribution to the visibility targets of EMEA South, …) and assign owners for all the remaining tasks + follow up on them to insure a flawless execution (timely, qualitative & within budget) of the project.
  • Develop and maintain external vendor relationships.
  • Safeguard the ROMI of all Marketing activities for EMEA South (cost, conversion rates, sales acceptance …). And adapt the marketing plan ifo the generated results.
  • Follow up on the Content Creation Calendars of Corporate Marketing and Solution Marketing. Whenever appropriate, translate newly created content in new demand generation activities for EMEA South.

Job Requirements


  • You have a bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Marketing (or similar by experience)
  • You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in an entry-level marketing role
  • You are fluent in English. Following languages would be a good asset: French, Spanish and Italian.
  • Experience with Event Coordination, Campaign Management, Digital marketing and/or Marketing Automation is an advantage.
