• Integrate Cepheid Systems, Connectivity Solutions as well as assays into customers laboratories, POC, alternate sites and provide support to customers during the evaluation, implementation and accreditation process for a smooth and rapid Go Live.
• Demonstration/Training of Cepheid Systems and Connectivity Solutions, software, reagents to current and potential customers.
• Jointly develop account strategies with Sales Representatives aimed at increasing Cepheid business as rapidly as possible.
• Conduct technical seminars and presentations at customer sites, trade shows and workshops to drive thought leader adoption of Cepheid technology.
• Provide enhancements for development and optimization of Cepheid solutions.
• Serve as customer advocate for timely resolution to customer concerns
• Follow normal standard of work for documentation and customer complaint handling to ensure total customer satisfaction. 
• Ensure territory status information is updated as requested:  including but not limited to installation and training records, site visits, expense reports and travel calendar

Job Requirements


Experience, qualifications, skills required:

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years equivalent experience required.
• A minimum of 3 years of Medical Technologist experience.
• Experience in molecular and microbiology techniques.
• Experience using technology for documentation and communication 
• Hands-on experience with lab automation systems
• Hands-on experience with LIS/connectivity
• Alternate sites, POC implementations coordination
• Experience with CRM, SAP or similar

• Teamwork, autonomy, availability, organisational awareness.
• Demonstrated excellent time management and organization, project management skills
• Demonstrated excellent customer relations/service skills.
• Self-motivated and independent problem solving
• Goal oriented, results driven
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills
• Work independently and team orientated
• Proficient in computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Lotus Notes/Outlook)

Other Requirements:
• Valid driver license
• Language:  English (proficient)
