Provide support to CFO/VP of Finance & IT and also the General Manager for USP Technologies and all assigned corporate personnel. The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the Vice President and the Office of the General Manager. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts; and oversees special projects. 

The Executive Assistant will have the ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion, and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. 

  • Provide confidential administrative support to the CFO of ChemTreat and the General Manager of USP Technologies 
  • Manage and maintain executive schedules/calendars/email/phone
  • Prepare correspondence; prepare reports; perform administrative tasks
  • Make travel and lodging arrangements for both domestic and international travel, including expense reporting.
  • Handle all corporate staff and individually assigned tasks; share interdepartmental communication
  • Schedule candidates and interviews
  • Supports the functions underneath the VP, with ad hoc requests, such as ordering lunches, for special occasions, etc. 
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • High School Diploma; business school or college courses preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years relevant experience
  • Impeccable accuracy in document formatting, spelling, grammar, and proofreading.
  • Excellent skills in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint software.
  • Proficiency in time and project management; able to manage multiple priorities with speed and accuracy.
  • Meeting organization skills, including large group meetings, a plus.
  • Capability to work extended hours on a periodic basis, including the potential for occasional overnight travel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including phone skills.
  • Ability to operate proactively and anticipate future needs or obstacles before they arise.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with, and for, diverse customers with varying leadership styles.
  • Constantly required to sit and occasionally required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch or crawl, and talk, hear, and smell
  • Constantly using hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, and computer keyboards. 
  • Occasionally reach with hands and arms, squat, turn/twist, or reach, lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds
