Description

Position Objective: 

A field based opportunity to capitalise and develop our Pharmaceutical business across Europe.  Working alongside the existing sales force you will identify, develop and nurture business by positioning Pall products to the customer whilst also offering custom needs based solutions.

Time will also be spend developing the Medical and Diagnostic OEM markets.


Role and Duties:

To identify, influence and build relationships with key decision-makers

  • Improve our position within the defined customer by both raising awareness and creating additional sales, along with generating the required corporate image across the target market.
  • To increase our knowledge of competitor position and activities through close contact with the relevant markets and the key opinion-leaders within.
  • Attend seminars, workshops, educational events and international trade shows.

Plan to Grow

  • To compile an annual Sales/Tactical Growth Plan for the region, implementing these activities and reporting as needed. 
  • To identify new customers or new applications with existing customers and maintain these accurately within the sales funnel

Forecast & Tracking
  • Create an annual forecast (sales and orders) and ensure this is monitored and tracked & forecast is met.
  • Ensure all relevant opportunities are tracked within the sales funnel & changes are updated promptly.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Relevant Science / Engineering degree or equivalent
  • Proven sales experience with a demonstrable track record of success and over achievement.
  • Driven to unearth, nurture and develop new business opportunities
  • Intimate commercial knowledge of the Pharmaceutical industry with established Key Opinion Leader contacts
  • Flexible to travel across Europe (regularly) and internationally (occasionally)
  • Knowledge of filtration/purification products is desirable but not essential
  • Fluency in English
