For our European Office in Hamburg/ Germany, we are currently searching for a

EMEA Marcom Manager


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
• Being part of an energetic and growth focused EMEA Marketing Team
• Managing the EMEA Market Communication
  -Ensuring the Brand Marketing and Brand Standards for Mammotome in the EMEA region
  -Execution on the global Communications Strategy and adopting where needed for EMEA across all Marketing related tools such as but not limited to collaterals, Digital Marketing or Trade Shows.
  -Developing new or expand communication tools and materials in close cooperation with the Product Managers
• Further Development and execution of the established Lead Management process into SalesForce.com
• Measuring the overall success of the EMEA Marketing via KPI´s and Bowlers
• Leading the EMEA execution of the global Digital Road Map for Mammotome in close cooperation with the US headquarter
• Organizing and Managing the European Copy Approval Process for all Marketing related tools
• Hosting regular internal communications meetings
• Providing and managing the Digital Marketing Toolbox, such as but not limited
  -ShowPad
  -Automated Lead Management via Akroo
  -Webinars


Job Requirements



Qualifications

• You have a completed commercial education or an academic background in business administration
• Excellent knowledge of the English language. German, French and/ or Italian languages is invitable
• At least 1 – 2 years of relevant experience in Medical Devices with expertise in sales and marketing
• Strong interest in medicine and the willingness to accompany our customers during clinical interventions
• Independent work and a high degree of personal responsibility
• Flexibility and high commitment
• Affinity for "digital healthcare topics" and high analytical competence is a plus
• Strong communication skills combined with team spirit
• Proper use of the standard Microsoft Office programs
• Occasional willingness to multi-day trips abroad
