  • Bearbeitung von Anfragen zu Bestellzeiten, Modulbestellungen und - konfigurationen
  • Pflege der Moduldaten (Verfügbarkeiten, Konfigurationen, Rabatte) und der Stammdaten im Demo Management System
  • Organisation der physischen Auflösung von Modulen nach Abverkauf in SAP/DMS
  • Erstellung von Bestellungen an interne/ externe Lieferanten in SAP
  • Prüfung der Modulverfügbarkeit, Bearbeitung von Abverkaufsaufträgen inkl. Erstellung sämtlicher auftragsbezogener Lieferpapiere
  • Erstellung uns Analyse von Reports und Statistiken, um Aktivitäten und Wiederbeschaffungszeiten zu optimieren
  • Bearbeitung von Gutschriften, Reklamationsbuchungen und Rechnungen und Berechnung von Loangebühren
  • Erstellung von Bestandslisten  für die Inventur in SAP und Excel

Job Requirements


  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Materialwirtschaft/ Lagerbestände
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office; Lotus Notes und SAP R/3 wünschenswert
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Organisationsstärke, zielgerichtete Arbeitsweise, Analytisches Denken
  • Hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Beharrlichkeit
