The primary responsibility of a Customer service representative is to provide the highest quality of customer service to internal & external customers. Process sales orders, create production orders, provide accurate lead times, answering inquires, and maintaining the customer file.

1. Understanding the functionalities of an ERP system
2. Process sales order/RMAs with attention to detail with a high percentage of accuracy. (Manual, CRM, and Phone)
3. Provide accurate lead times on items not in stock
4. Data integrity gate keeper. All approvals must be present to process any information within the system.
5. Answer customer inquiries professionally and in a timely manner both written and verbal
6. Create production orders for special batch requests
7. Create direct delivery orders from Vendors
8. Provide daily report of sales orders processed and not processed
9. Professional communications with various departments both written and verbal
10. Support the sales team
11. Process change orders
12. All duties include but are not limited to the above

Job Requirements


• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) in none required
• Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors / defects
• Requires analytical thinking and presenting ideas
• Experience in Microsoft office and Database management
