Description

JOB SUMMARY: Pull product to process and pack daily international sales orders to include sterilize and non-sterile packaged products and accessories. Prepare the required order documentation including but not limited to invoice, packing slip, commercial and performa invoices, and other country specific documents. All tasks are performed at a pace to ensure the efficient work flow of the Distribution Center to meet the daily sales shipments for both international and domestic customers. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
1. Pull specified products and quantities for order filling process and track lot numbers.
2. Verify the product codes and quantities for each sales order. 
3. Review and correct,  as necessary,  import and export documents (form 7501)
4. Maintain an efficient workflow pace when processing, documenting and packing product.
5. Process and generate documents as required for International Shipping (i.e., bills of lading, EEI custom’s documents, perfoma invoices, etc.) 
6. Monitor the status of orders in the processing system. 
7. Communicate with customer service and sales department members regarding order status, product availability, courier fees and shipment status. 
8. Prepare packages for courier pick up service prior to assigned pick up time and maintain shipment tracking records. 
9. Report and document questionable product labels or discrepancies in product quantities / counts - inventory reports versus actual count in stock bins. 
10. Pack all products following standard operating procedures, keeping in mind the appearance of product package for sales image, and protecting breakable items from damage during shipment. 
11. Follow specified International Distribution policies, procedures, safety rules and FDA regulations. 
12. Assist with the storage and replenishment of all marketing pieces, packing and shipping supplies.
13. Primary backup for the domestic distribution personnel, as needed.
14. Participate in routine inventory cycle count process.

Qualifications

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. A minimum of 6 months experience in a Shipping/Receiving, Distribution or Inventory capacity are preferred. Prior experience with Proforma invoice, commercial invoice, SED forms and NAFTA certificates a plus. 

LANGUAGE SKILLS: The business language of Implant Direct is English. This position requires the ability to read and follow such documents as company procedures, safety rules and packing/shipping instructions. Also required is the ability to work quickly to meet deadlines and effectively present information and respond to questions from other company employees.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.  Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures. 

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES:
1. Basic computer skills. (Word, Excel, data entry, FedEx World Ship).
2. Good interpersonal skills.
3. Attention to detail.
4. Ability to read, understand and retain working knowledge of procedures and company documents.
5. Familiar with UPS and Federal Express (FedEx) international shipping processes.  International parcel packing experience preferred.
6. Ability to read, understand and retain working knowledge of procedures and company documents. 
7. Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
