Major Responsibilities:
• Assist the Pulling department, as directed, with the pulling of sales orders.
• Audit sales orders, as directed, in accordance with established procedures.
• Maintain and follow a First In - First Out (FIFO) inventory stocking system.
• Perform stockroom replenishment, credit returns, and put-away in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
• Perform work order operations as directed and in accordance with established   procedures. 
• Assist the Warehouse as directed with maquiladora shipments and vendor receipts.
• Assist the Shipping department with packaging and closing sales orders.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to company and governmental safety and compliance rules and regulations.
• Contribute to and help maintain a working environment conducive to positive morale, quality, creativity and teamwork.
• Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion.

Essential Functions
• Assist Distribution Lead/Supervisor on:
• Daily activities related to their department.
• Additional activities as directed
• Able to perform material handling, Pulling, and shipping  activities in the most appropriate and effective manner (e.g., lifting, packing, pulling, sales order audits, documenting orders, cleaning, and organizing warehouse area)
• Ensure compliance with Company and Safety policies and procedures

Job Requirements


• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of professional experience working in operations environment, preferably a distribution center or related educational experience.

Knowledge Requirements:
• Experience with Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel (preferred)
• Ability to identify and resolve problems that arise in a warehouse environment
• Ability to exercise sound judgment within established guidelines
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing format
• Knowledge of English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation
• Ability to follow written/verbal instructions

• Shipping and warehouse experience (preferred)

Other Information
• Willing to work hours as necessary, even overtime on short notice
