This position will be responsible for understanding and enabling a dynamic, global IT team to effectively meet the business demands for IT.  Work collaboratively across IT to develop a best in class onboarding, engagement, and delivery framework, leveraging and preserving a strong Insource/Outsource model to continue to deliver results at a best cost to serve for Pall. Additionally, provide governance oversight for solution delivery that ensures SOX & GCC compliance and supports audit requirements.  Work as facilitator, communicator, and contributor across IT to gather feedback, track metrics, and develop employee engagement tools & methods to improve employee retention and enable a high performing team environment.  As an employee advocate, work with cross function leadership to ensure that work conditions, and culture demonstrate respect and humility, and support both the Company & IT vision, mission, and guiding principles.


•         Facilitate Employee / Contractor Pre-boarding and Onboarding

•         Facilitate Visa & Green Card processing and liaison with immigration lawyers

•         Administer an effective employee referral process

•         Work with HR to perform periodic compensation benchmarking / recalibration

•         Perform Organizational Talent Assessments (OTA) cross-calibration

•         Compile Exit interviews takeaways and countermeasures

•         Help enable career ladder and calibration of roles & titles

•         Check recruiting offer proposal for internal / external equity

•         Employee leave (Comp Days in Lieu)

•         Run Associate Engagement Feedback Surveys / Sessions

•         Educate and promote the IT value proposition

•         Facilitate and help drive the following IT Programs / Initiatives:

•         Rewards & Recognition

•         Job Rotation, Internship

•         Team building programs

•         Touchpoints: Work directly with and be able to direct / authorize:

•         Responsible to drive PMO, Governance and overall IT portfolio management and adoption of required tools by driving best processes that enable execution excellence and fulfilling global business strategic goals.

•         Responsible for defining and implementation of standards, processes and governance within change management and related processes. 

•         Responsible for effective process control, project financial control, and overall program reporting (IPA, SDLC, CM, EAM, FDA, RM, Quality assurance).

•         Responsible for managing and maintaining all Policy, procedures / SOP and templates are compliant to SOX, FDA and other global regulatory requirements.

•         Responsible for coordinating with various vendors & project managers to ensure planned projects are delivered on time and KPI’s are monitored and improved.

•         Responsible to effectively managing offshore delivery ensuring right talent management, office discipline, mentoring & motivating team.

•         Assist with IT resource and capacity management to capture utilization, projected efforts hours and $ value for internal and external resource requirements.

•         Coordinate Package & release management – Manage and ensure delivery of all enhancements as per monthly plans and OTD is monitored and improved.

•         Responsible for coordination and providing documentation for all audit purposed and closing any non- conformities.

•         KPIs: Compile, monitor and disseminate KPIs by IT sub-teams & region:

•         Project OTD%, OTC%, Balanced IT Scorecard

•         Attrition%, Comp Ratio, Internal Fill Rate

Position Competency Requirements

•         Experience in project management office, IT technologies, SAP and ERP Environments & dashboard reporting,

•         Experience in working IT technologies, managing global projects and continuously driving & delivering initiatives.

•         Working experience with IT Consulting & Insourcing/Outsourcing in a similar role

•         Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Organization/Process Management or an equivalent mix

•         Strong understanding & experience working with Information Technology 

•         Change Management facilitation and ability to influence new processes

•         Leadership presence through excellent written and verbal communication

•         Strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills

Demonstrated ability to deliver on committments
