Description


  • Identify market opportunities by systematic market and competitor analysis

  • Define portfolio strategy and focus applications

  • Conduct I2E meetings and communication with regional application teams

  • Define product positioning

  • Identify customer pain points in collaboration with Application teams and transfer into product ideas

  • Conduct competitor’s product analysis

  • Create Business plans for development projects that translate product ideas into saleable solutions

  • Support the verification and conduct validation of new products along the development process

  • Define competitive sales prices for new and existing products

  • Organize and execute product training modules, plan, realize product communication and product launches and support technical/application sales issues

  • Define technical content of product and application for promotion material and service documentation

  • Maintain application specific battlecard

  • Observe competitor product portfolio and their product strategies

Job Requirements



Qualifications


  • Bsc/Msc degree in Engineering or Material / Natural Science or equivalent

  • BBA or MBA (for Eng / Sc) desirable

  • 5-8 years’ experience in hightec B2B product management for capital equipments

  • Int. Experience in Imaging, Metrology Solutions or Quality Assurance Equipment

  • Sales or application engineer experience desirable

  • English (written & spoken), German desireable
