In this role, you will lead the merger of Dental Implant Solutions in North America. Drive cultural change, engagement and build up organizational capabilities to drive sustainable growth. You will develop, implement and coordinate policies and programs covering the following:  employee relations, wage and salary administration, indoctrination and training, placement, safety and health, benefits and employee services.  You will initiate human resource policies and practices that will provide a balanced program through all locations of the company.

Align and implement global HR strategy within the Region.

  • Establish transactional HR shared service center based in Yorba Linda to service the Dental Platform

  • Build a high performing HR team to accomplish the goals.

  • Directs the interpretation and application of established Human Resources policies throughout the Company.

  • Maintains overall supervision of the company’s training programs to have the best team in the Industry and assures compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity regulations. 

  • Directs preparation and implementation of the Company’s compensation programs to align with its philosophy.

  • Protects interest of employees in accordance with the Company’s personnel policies and appropriate governmental laws. 

  • Exercises general supervision over all Company benefit programs and services, including Workers’ Compensation administration and health and safety programs.

  • Own the workforce plan and talent strategy to allow for the region to accomplish its goals.

  • Handle HR analytics and KPI's for human resources

  • Represents the Company in community relations programs.

  • Any other duties as assigned.

  • Drive merge of Nobel Biocare and Implant Direct team

  • Take lead on cultural change to embrace the merger of Implant Direct and Nobel Biocare

  • Deployment and process improvement is at the cornerstone of the role.

  • Management of all Dental Implant Solution businesses in North America (Nobel Biocare, Implant Direct, Orascoptic) HR Teams across North America, Dental Talent Acquisition team and HR in Zurich

  • Responsible for all HR associates across North America Dental Implant Solution organization which include: Nobel Biocare, Implant Direct, Orascoptics.

  • Medical Device human capital requirements, working within a European headquartered company.

Job Requirements



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Management, Business or related field of study.

  • 10+ years of Human Resources management experience.

  • 5+ years’ experience with Strategy Development, Talent Management, Succession Planning, Compensation Planning, Recruitment, Full life cycle of employment.


  • Experience with a merger and or acquisition in bring organizations together

  • Experienced leading leaders and influence senior leaders.

  • Experienced in driving cultural change management.

  • Leading a HR function for a division of a public company or medium company.
