JOB SPECIFICATION .

Summary Purpose of the Position:

This position is responsible for implementation eCommerce projects globally in selected countries using Intershop and SAP ERP SD. This position is responsible to maintain business process discipline and daily management to monitor eCommerce activity for order fulfilment. It is also responsible to proactively ensure that all eCommerce platform enhancements are bug-free and working as intended and for delivery management & implementation of operational digital solution initiatives as per processes. There are multiple developments in digital application to support requirements for eCommerce eShop, UX and analytics which are to be taken care by this position.

This role is responsible to for

• Work on eCommerce implementation project across globe and deliver those on time

• Integration of Intershop eCommerce platform with SAP and having good UX

• Understanding country specific eCommerce requirements along with statutory needs and implement the same in solution

• Onboarding of customers and products on eShop and Portal as per requirements

• Preparing training manuals and train new country business users on eCommerce

• Competing of all testing activities and issue resolution.

• Coordinating UAT and ensuring business understands end to end scenarios

• Ensure regression impact analysis and testing of change deployments

• Implement & reinforce standard work around systems integrity & stability

• Ecommerce On time delivery improvement initiatives

This position will be responsible to

• Design and develop new features in eCommerce (Intershop) with SAP and enable system of eShop and Portal

• Integrate eCommerce modules such as Order and Customer management with backend ERP systems (SAP)

• Develop interfaces to integrate with payment gateway/processors with third party payment partners

• Define and continuously improve application architecture for the eCommerce system

• Onboard customers and products / Product Catalog structure and taxonomy

• Provide production support for the eCommerce system for various business users

• Drive continuous improvement in eCommerce and Web platform using analytics and customer feedback.

• Responsible for establishing guidelines and measures to ensure effective controls, measures and monitoring KPI for digital projects and process.

• Continuously look for improvements and enable new functionalities in ecommerce that help our customer access information and execute transaction through self-service.

• Partners closely with various countries to understand requirements on operational and statutory areas and implement the same via eCommerce

• Ensures that assigned projects are delivered as per project schedules.

• Stay up-to-date with all ecommerce developments and ensure that complete life cycle meets required criteria before it is deployed for use.

• Ensure confidentiality, security and reliability of all systems, application and data

• Responsible for training delivery process, manage delivery of course material, manage production schedule and process, work closely with product & application managers on onboarding on products / customers, marketing initiatives, new training technologies and implementation.

Responsible to work closely with CSR for selected region / country to establish processes and follow up on switch revenue based on deployment of ecommerce portal

Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications: (List the minimum qualifications and experience this position requires. Only list those areas that are essential to this position. Be as specific as possible, i.e. Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, 5 – 7 years relevant work experience).

• Overall ~ 10 years of experience with experience in implementation of Ecommerce, digital technologies & SAP ERP

• Graduate in engineering with experience in working with global team across geographies.

• Experience in working on new digital technologies, working on global projects and continuously driving & delivering initiatives in ecommerce and digital solution areas.

• Experience in project life cycle management, thorough knowledge of Digital / ERP / SAP products, modules, roadmaps and functionalities. Experience of integration of multiple systems using latest digital integration technologies

• Track record of managing business stakeholders and working with project managers through business change for a significant enterprise applications area.

• Excellent verbal, written, facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to present and discuss business, application and gains understanding.

• Flexible approach to problem solving and solid work ethic.
