Description

Ormco is searching for a passionate, energetic individual to join the Digital Customer Experience team. The focus for the Digital Production and Expediting Specialist will be primarily organizing operational workflow data and providing accurate production statuses to their internal colleagues. This role will work cross-functionally with associates in Operations, Customer Support and Sales, so building and maintaining relationships and working accurately within established guidelines is required.


We are looking for a well-rounded professional with a hands-on mentality as well as outstanding communication and problem-solving skills. RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Build and maintain a current case tracking database to provide accurate production statuses to cross-functional colleagues
•Ensure the efficient and accurate completion of all production information requests including those for expedited production
•Attend and actively participate in daily Customer Experience team meetings, and weekly cross training sessions
•Develop and foster relationships through professional, courteous, and efficient service for all basic customer experience requests in person, by phone or e-mail
•Resolve customer and internal inquiries, concerns and complaints either directly or by referring to another team member as needed
•Develop and maintain productive, professional cross-functional working relationships
•Maintain and work within a personal email inbox, addressing emails in a timely manner

Qualifications
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
•High School Diploma or equivalence
•2+ years customer service or production experience is preferred
•Dental and/or orthodontic knowledge is preferred

•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point
