Job Description Summary
The Digital marketing specialist is primarily responsible for execution of tactical paid search campaigns for Leica Microsystems, India. He/she will generate demand through the Paid Search channel to drive eCommerce and Leads across various web sites and social media platforms while aligning Opco Omni-Channel strategies.
Job Description

The Associate will contribute to campaign setup structures as well as feedback regarding potential website content optimization to drive lead generation. This primarily involves working with Divisional stakeholders, Sales, Service, Marketing and Customer Care Team members.

Essential Functions

• Create, optimize and execute paid search campaigns as per the focus products and market segments

• Define, monitor, analyse and improve campaign KPIs

• Report campaign results and optimization recommendations to stakeholders via CRM tools (SFDC)

• Contribute to development of paid search strategies based on BU specific goals

• Contribution to paid search education of internal stakeholders

• Candidate should have experience in managing paid search accounts

Other desired requirements

  • User experience in CRMs such as Sales Force dot com and integrated marketing operations tools (Marketo, Pardot, etc)
  • Exposure to Email, Content(YouTube) marketing
  • Extensive working knowledge in MS office tools (Excel, PPT) and reporting abilities
  • Experience in driving both, lead gen and marketing automation integration for lead nurturing
  • Current Google AdWords certificate a plus

Education, Background and Skill Requirements

• Under graduation. Preferably in Digital Marketing, Media Management or equivalent experience

• Exposure in working cross-functionally with global marketing teams

• Very strong English written and verbal communication skills

• Well organized team player with sense of urgency to manage to deadlines

• Desire to become a pivotal player in a rapidly growing environment
