Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist, MEA will be responsible for driving Videojet digital marketing activities to accelerate incremental revenue growth in the region. Through digital and online techniques and analysis, the digital marketing executive pursues specific goals in lead generation, lead qualification, communication, brand building and conversion. The executive will be based in Turkey, Turkey office and report to the Global Distributor Marketing Manager, based in Turkey.

Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Manage the development, implementation, monitoring, tracking and optimizing of PPC campaigns such as Google AdWords.
  • Manage SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to increase web organic search visibility and ranking.
  • Generate, place and update website content to ensure a highly engaging customer experience, focused largely on localizing the global format and content so that it’s highly relevant to in-country customers and prospects.
  • Create and develop website/landing pages in English through working with translation agencies and distributors.
  • Manage regional eMail campaign creation and execution for Distributors through working with the digital marketing team in India; leverage global eMail campaigns and content.
  • Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns for new products launch.
  • Develop, execute and optimize performance of other interactive properties including web advertisements, landing pages and social media.
  • Create and maintain a centralized resource library for sharing Digital Assets with Distributors and support Distributors with executing digital marketing efforts. 
  • Manage the placement of relevant content on external websites, including news sites, business associations etc.
  • Manage, track, and report digital marketing activities and ROIs. 
  • Support other digital marketing activities as assigned.

Job Requirements


Required Skills and Experience •      

  • Minimum 2 years digital marketing experience, ideally within a B2B business.
  • Experience with search engine marketing: including developing and running pay-per-click campaigns as well as conducting organic search engine optimization.
  • Experience managing eMail marketing campaign including development of email and tracking and analysis of results.
  • Proven track record of growing leads and sales through online marketing.   
  • Positive, Proactive, able to multi-task, well organized with an eye for details.
  • Excellent project management skills.       
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and good working knowledge of Excel.
  • Level of travel required:  Minimal (<10%).  

Desirable Skills and Experience

  • Experience with social media including Twitter, Linkedin, etc
  • Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo.


  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing and Sales related
