The main scope of the role is to drive and support digital marketing campaigns and initiatives, specifically relating to Social Media and acquisition marketing


Main Responsibilities


Social Media

  • Own and manage all global social media (SM) strategies, channels and day-to-day activities.
  • Implement and execute a global SM strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification
  • Train and educate subsidiaries on SM best practices, guidelines, process, policy and tools.
  • Own and continuously optimize SM infrastructure, tools and setup, including global accounts and profiles
  • Create and implement SM tactics geared at raising awareness, generate leads and/or drive sales
  • Drive, explore and optimise SM advertising models, in support of the business
  • Work closely together with stakeholders in digital marketing, content marketing, product marketing and local subsidiaries to develop and execute SM tactics for campaigns, events and other initiatives
  • Be an advocate for the company in SM spaces, engaging in dialogues and driving discussion
  • Educate different departments on the importance of SM, as well as the implementation of new technologies and campaigns
  • Provide monthly reports outlining implemented plan, analytics and growth
  • Coordinate with PR and content team to develop SM content 
  • Act as gatekeeper for stakeholders on all SM topics
  • Co-manage relevant agency support

Digital marketing

  • Devise strategies to drive and convert traffic on the company website.
  • Manage online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awareness.
  • Track conversion rates and make improvements to the website.
  • Utilize a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.
  • Actively contribute to improve the usability, design, content and conversion of the company website.
  • Evaluate customer research, market conditions and competitor data.
  • Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.  
  • Important: Content creation and curation is not part of this role.

Job Requirements



Qualifications

  • Experience working in a B2B and global environment
  • Solid experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on social media:
  • Experience in managing most popular SM channels, i.e. Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube. Other channels considered a plus.
  • Managing SM campaigns, both integrated and standalone
  • Managing SM management tools is strongly preferred, e.g. Hootsuite
  • Managing SM advertising (e.g. Facebook Ads)
  • Completed a business or marketing degree or an equivalent commercial training
  • Fluent in English
