The Digital Marketing Manager will focus on a breakthrough product category at Ormco that can reach both B2B and B2C audiences. Utilizing 3D, innovative software and highly aesthetic appliances to straighten teeth- this is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to wholly own, develop and implement a digital marketing strategy from the ground up.   • Create and manage global digital marketing strategy with budget requirements.
  • Create/develop assets to execute all digital marketing programs, including SEO/SEM, drip email campaigns, B2B and B2C websites, social media and display advertising.
  • Develop and manage content calendar for digital marketing.
  • Work closely with marketing manager to assure consistency in brand messaging; and product management to tailor digital marketing strategy to align with development roadmap.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPI’s).
  • Develop digital transformative marketing strategies with focus on customer segmentation and MQL to SQL conversions.
  • Optimize B2B and B2C user experience with fresh, innovative campaign ideas
  • Work cross functionally with Marketing, Sales, Customer Support, Legal and Regulatory Affairs to launch and support product specific campaigns. Work with global counterparts to assure consistent global brand presence and messaging.
  • Plan offline media strategies (on-demand education, podcasts, etc.).
  • Present campaigns and digital marketing best practices to executive team and customers.

Job Requirements


  • BA/BS/MS degree in marketing or related field
  • 4+ years working experience in digital marketing
  • 2 + years MS Office experience
  • 2+ years writing and copy editing for digital marketing programs
  • 2+ years experience using Google Analytics, CRM programs (MS Dynamics preferred) and marketing automation programs (Hubspot preferred).
  • Experience with site maps, wire frames, mockups/comps
  • Experience with content management systems and ability to edit basic HTML and XML
  • Experience launching new product categories
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
  • Understanding of web site hosting and server technology
  • Travel expected to be less than 15% annually. Candidate position located in Orange, California.
