The Digital Marketing Associate will play a key role in driving the strategic direction for the company’s loyalty program which currently serves thousands of dentists in the U.S. and Canada. The role will require candidates to use digital expertise, integrated marketing experience and interests in data management to continue to grow and expand the reach of the loyalty program.

Successful candidates will focus on making individual contributions that keep the day-to-day operations of the program running effectively, while also showing an interest in managing multiple, ongoing projects across a large cross functional team. The candidate will utilize these skills to initiate and sustain strategies and tactics that serve a growing number of loyalty members.

The position requires strong marketing and analytical skills that combine deep understanding of digital space (organic and paid social, search, programmatic media and digital attribution) while utilizing tools such as email automation, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, CMS and other similar tools. It is useful to have a technical expertise in HTML and CSS as well. Intermediate use of Microsoft Excel is also desired.

  • Support all aspects of the loyalty program, including data validation, weekly processing of points and redemptions, website updates, management of customer inquiries, serve as a liaison to sales and more 
  • Capable of taking on core digital tasks that support integrated marketing, including working in close partnership with web, social media and email automation teams
  • Help establish consistent process to capture leads and correctly translates the lifecycles of those leads into CRM.
  • Manage accuracy and development of marketing materials for distribution on a timely basis.
  • Ability to travel <10%.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required.
  • Dental/medical device industry experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of digital marketing, marketing, or related experience.
    • Proficient at working on multi-touch digital marketing campaigns that reach segmented audiences with targeted messaging.
    • Familiarity helpful with CRM software such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce or similar.
    • Comfortable using various content management systems and familiar working with databases.
  • 2-3 years proficiency in Excel with data entry, formatting, reconciliation of lists for a deeper analysis of the data.
  • 1+ year of HTML and CSS to make edits to web pages and emails to QA regular and ongoing communications.
  • Capable of using business intelligence tools such as Tableau to generate advanced reports, conduct inquiries from data warehouse, and provide analysis of new trends.
  • Highly proficient user of Excel familiar with Pivot Tables, V-Look Ups, Conditional Formatting functions and more.
  • Interested in advanced coding such as JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, and PHP.
  • Understanding of how to design visual dashboards and report on critical metrics that tie into the program’s KPIs. 
  • Solid presentation and speaking skills along with strong project and time management skills.
