The Digital Marketing SpecialistEngagement and Loyalty will play a key role in supporting the strategic direction for the company’s loyalty program.  KaVo Kerr is the premier dental solution provider with the joint purpose of enabling healthy, beautiful smiles. This individual will manage the day to day operations of the KaVo Kerr Preferred loyalty program and growth initiatives.  Looking for a candidate with strong digital marketing and analytical experience to help the expansion and reach of the loyalty program. 
  • Support all aspects of the KaVo Kerr preferred loyalty program, including data validation, weekly processing of points and redemptions, website updates, campaign development, customer inquiries and a liaison to sales.
  • Experience preferred in managing a CRM/Loyalty or an online retail channel and developing marketing plans to drive that business.
  • Capable of taking on core digital tasks that support integrated marketing: website management, social media, paid online and display banners and email development
  • Help establish consistent process to capture leads and correctly translates the lifecycles of those leads into CRM.
  • Lead messaging and campaign testing to measure performance and improve segmentation to increase loyalty and maximize engagement.
  • Optimizing online web presence using effective SEO/SEM/PPC strategies for the KaVo Kerr Preferred website.
  • Analyze campaign digital performance metrics and provide fast, accurate reporting and recommendations to improve and optimize digital campaigns to meet organization ROI goals.
  • Proficient in Interactive/Digital Marketing:  E-Mail, Display Advertising, Affiliate, SEO/SEM, Social Media and Mobile.
  • Manage development of marketing materials for distribution on a timely basis.
  • Web content maintenance and administration - collaborate with internal teams, coordinating timelines, content and deliverables to implement website updates and optimize user experience.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university required.
  • 2-4 years of digital marketing, marketing, loyalty, ecommerce or related experience.
  • Proficient at working on multi-touch digital marketing campaigns that reach segmented audiences with targeted messaging.
  • Familiarity helpful with CRM software such as MS Dynamics, Salesforce or similar platforms.
  • Comfortable using various content management systems and familiar working with databases.
  • Understanding of the marketing dynamics and basic website fundamentals to ensure digital design is optimized for branding, impact, SEO, and web development.
  • Solid oral, written and presentation skills to effectively communicate and influence a cross functional team.


  • Basic website development, UX/UI, web technology, CMS, marketing automation platform (Hubspot) knowledge preferred.
  • Dental/medical device industry experience preferred.
