Pall Corporation has a key initiative to grow its digital presence through the launch of a comprehensive eCommerce platform. Launched in 2018, this platform is quickly growing and we are looking to scale up and drive incremental sales and improved service for our customers. The Digital eCommerce Enablement Lead role is part of the Central Marketing Digital Solutions & eCommerce Team and will be responsible for leading successful outcomes on specific workstreams in initiative. The focus workstreams are related to the Pall eShop and eMarketplace Enablement. This leader will be responsible for driving incremental eShop revenue, owning the digital customer buying journey optimization, content enrichment, campaign and promotion coordination, multi-channel and marketplace integration and country expansion. This role requires close collaboration and partnership with multi-functional partners in Commercial Sales & Marketing, Product Management and Digital Marketing to accomplish these growth and service objectives.

  • Customer facing interaction for feedback, user experience, and voice of customer

  • Matrixed management of project team resources as needed

Job Requirements


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of collective experience in eCommerce Sales and/or deployment, SEO/Web Optimization, digital marketing, sales, business analytics, project management, software deployment, and/or customer service facing roles
  • Experience in one or more of the following: leading software development projects, 3rd party software implementation, data modelling, ERP, and eCommerce projects
  • Experience with data analysis & presentations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA
  • Experience driving digital B2B eCommerce sales
  • Experience with SEO, Content Management, Customer Buying Journey mapping
  • Experience with Google, Amazon, and or other digital eMarketplaces
  • Experience with Project Management tools coordinating multiple inputs of data and feedback and communications across multiple internal partners
  • Comprehensive and organized verbal and written communication
  • Willingness to lead and/or navigate complex organizational change management
  • Business and technical education background
