  • Drive ever-improving results by leveraging DBS tools, consulting skills, and change management process.
  • Assist China and/or regional leadership in the development of a DBS roadmap
  • Directly provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching
  • Assist in achieving Global / China Policy Deployment and Strategic Plan objectives
  • Continue to evolve DBS tools
  • Ensure productive kaizen events
  • Promote and facilitate diagnosis of work flow impediments and other wastes throughout the business, and provide expert counsel on appropriate tools to eliminate them
  • Improve DBS training and facilitation skills by pursuing certification in DBS tools
  • Promote and facilitate associate development in various DBS tools, lean production, and kaizen leadership
  • Benchmark and incorporate best practices      

Job Requirements




•         An academic degree (BSc) in Business Administration/Economics, chemistry or equivalent work experience is required.  MBA a plus.

•         Had significant experience within a Sales, Support or Service function and an affinity to transactional and logistic process improvement.

•         Ability to accurately assess key business metrics and situations from a “general manager’s” point of view

•         Knowledge and experience with DBS or other continuous improvement systems preferred. Ability to design, develop, and implement a DBS roadmap for an operating business

•         Track record in using lean and/or six sigma principles

•         Consultancy Approach and experience with change management

•         Strong communication and influencing skills and the ability to work successfully with all levels of the organization.

•         Excellent problem solving and strong training and facilitation skills

•         Good time and project management skills

•         Demonstrated ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment

•         Good writing and administrative skills, including MS office skills

•         Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic and ability to create followership

•         Lives the “continuous improvement” philosophy and can drive change successfully

•         Logical and creative thinker

•         Constantly challenges others to strive for improvement

•         Strong result orientation - has track record for delivering results, takes ownership & is accountable

•         Willingness to travel extensively (approx. 50%)
